📌 1. General Information & Definitions

winiwin An online Sports Betting platform operated by winiwin Technologies Ltd. In this document, "we", "us", or "winiwin" refers to winiwin Technologies Ltd., and "you", "member", or "user" refers to any individual registered on winiwin.

"Platform" refers to winiwin's website, mobile application, and all associated services. "Bet" refers to any form of sports wager.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

👤 2. Account Registration & Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where using winiwin is legally permitted.
• Anyone previously banned from winiwin is not permitted to open a new account.
• You are required to provide accurate and complete personal information.

Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is allowed, based on name, email, phone number, and payment method. If a single individual is found to be operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

KYC Verification

Winiwin reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a photo of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified timeframe, your account may be temporarily suspended.

💳 3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Deposits at winiwin can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is listed on the payment page.

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please follow the instructions provided on the payment page.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Unusual transactions may be reviewed as part of anti-money laundering measures.

Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are listed on the payments page. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 24 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold for investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

🏏 4. Betting Rules & Conditions

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, winiwin reserves the right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed.
• If match-fixing or any other irregularity is suspected.
• If a bet is placed based on clearly incorrect information.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds shift after a bet is submitted, winiwin reserves the right to accept or reject the bet at the updated odds. Connectivity issues during live betting may affect bets in progress.

Maximum Winnings Cap

There is a maximum daily win limit per bet or parlay. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out. Full details are available on the Account Settings page.

🎁 5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Winiwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in bets. Only bets placed on eligible markets count toward completing the wagering requirement.

Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• If multiple bonuses are claimed from the same household or device.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found.
• When the wagering requirement period has expired.

Vouchers & Special Offers

Voucher codes are single-use and carry an expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be activated. Special event-based offers are valid for a limited time only.

🚫 6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform to launder illegally obtained funds.
• Match Fixing: Placing a bet with prior knowledge of, or involvement in, fixing the outcome of a match.
• Bot Usage: Using automated software or bots to place bets.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to winiwin's systems.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to fulfill bonus requirements through specific manipulative methods.

🔐 7. Account Suspension & Closure

Closed by winiwin

Winiwin reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Closed by Member

You can close your account at any time. Please ensure any pending withdrawals are processed before doing so. To close your account, email support@winiwin.app.

Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive if there has been no login or transaction for 12 months. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.

Winiwin makes every effort to resolve technical issues. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Winiwin takes responsible betting very seriously. Betting is entertainment, and we provide the following tools to help ensure it stays that way:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum limit on daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake amount per bet within a given period.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for an extended break.
